Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, to change or update information, or to cancel or refuse orders at any time, even after order confirmation, if an error is found. For example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price or shipping charges, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Payment must be provided via the methods we designate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if product availability is not confirmed, or payment authorization cannot be verified.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & REDELIVERY FEES

We will ship items as described on the Site. Once the carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for providing an accurate address, being available for delivery, and arranging any required access (stairs, elevator, etc.). If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect delivery address, lack of recipient, inability to access, refusal to accept a shipment, or other fault of the purchaser, a redelivery or rescheduling fee may apply. By completing your purchase, you authorize Immi & Co to charge the same payment method used for your order for any applicable redelivery, rescheduling, or storage fees arising from a missed appointment. SECTION 7 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Return: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the item being unused, in original condition and packaging. You must obtain a return authorization from us before returning any item. Return shipping or freight cost is your responsibility unless we determine the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund (less any applicable shipping costs, handling, and restocking fees) to the original payment method. 

  • Designer customers: Designer customers (via account login) are subject to the wholesale terms set at the time of purchase and may have separate return/refund policies (which may include stricter terms, re-stocking fees, minimums, or no returns depending on manufacturer/distributor rules).

  • Damaged or defective items: If you believe your order arrived damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will evaluate the claim and may at our discretion issue a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom, special-order, clearance items, marble and natural stone items, or items clearly marked “final sale” may not be eligible for return or refund — you should refer to the product page or our outlet policy.

  • Refund timing: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, or upon our determination that the item is defective. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping/freight charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and to apply or withdraw promotions without prior notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

All trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and product designs displayed on the Site are our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, for resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms or use of the Site.
